100+ y.o. Barn for Salvage, 35x 80, Finger Lakes, New York

by Rich Bitter
(Valois, New York)

This was an approximately 35x80 3 story barn, well over 120 years old that was 3 stories tall. Foundation problems caused it to slip from the foundation. Surprisingly little damage to the wood. It is constructed entirely of hand hewn timbers, all drilled and pegged, some measuring about 16"x14"x 30' to 40', maybe more. They are likely maple but based on other barns in the area there may well be some chestnut as well. I am offering it for sale before I invest in salvaging it myself. I will entertain any intelligent offer. Please contact Rich @6072273401

Can you please let me know if this is still available. Also, if you already salvaged it yourself but still have wood available, could you let me know along with pricing? Thanks very much.
