16x26 barn with loft near Zanesville Ohio

(McConnelsville OHio)

We have an old barn (pre-1900), part of which was used as a grainary, for sale. It is pegged, has unfinished siding, a loft, hand hewn beams. The siding is believed to be oak.

We would like to see the materials repurposed rather than simply rot away or be burned. The wood is in good condition, exterior weathered of course, but the beams are all solid. We have no way to dismantle it. I have additional photos, showing the pegging and the hand hewn marks on beams.

We are about 40 miles north of Marietta Ohio, just off of Ohio State Route 60,, below Zanesville. There is also a 40 foot long low "machine shed" which was built with old barn siding, once painted white which can go too.
