1890's Barn to be recycled - Elmira, NY

by Russell Feldeisen
(Corning, NY USA)

2-story Windmill Barn (Windmill already removed and not available) that the owners (sadly) were not able to restore. 2x4 Balloon framing on walls. Double Course Cedar siding. Floors are pine, probably hemlock.

This barn's windmill provided indoor plumbing to a home in Southport NY, being the first home in that area to have indoor plumbing.

Beautiful barn and home, that the owners were unable to get to the barn and would like it to be recycled by someone.

The price is negotiable...there will need to be proof of insurance and there will be a binding contract.
