36x46 Gable barn for sale - NE Kansas

by John Gerstner
(Frankfort, KS, USA)

It's a stately old 36x46 wide barn that has been weathering gracefully most of it's long life. It's waiting for someone who would humanely disassemble her (I'm sure it's a her). She has plank and timber framing and nicely weathered gray siding. At the peak is the old steel rail and pulley system used to load in loose hay.

We need to get rid of the barn entirely, not just scavenge the best boards.

Best offer will be accepted. Contact me and I can give you the exact location. Let's do this.

Barn available for adoption? NEW
by: R Lutz

Is she still available or has she found a new home? I live just outside Manhattan, Ks and have been looking for the correct barn to dismantle and give a new life behind my home. I have carefully disassembled an old barn before in the Kansas City area. You can send me a reply to [email protected] with the subject line of Frankfort Barn. If you have anymore pics or information, I would greatly appreciate those as well.

Thanks for time.
