42x61 Bank barn - OH

by Graham
(Hamilton, OH)

The barn is believed to be built in the early 1900’s and is roughly 34 feet high, 42 feet wide and 61 feet in length. Please note these are rough measurements. This is a bank barn, with stone base and wooden barn situated on top. In the base there are 5 stables, 1 double stable, 4 milking stocks and 5 goat pens all built in. The internal timber in the main barn is hand hewn and is roughly 11x11. There is a mezzanine that looks to have been added at a later date.

Is there any structural damage? There are a few damaged/broken wooden sidings

Is the roof leaking? The roof shows no signs of any leaks. There appears to be no signs of leaking into the barn from any missing/damaged sidings.

What kind of roof does it have? The barn is covered by a metal roof

More pictures can be sent if needed.
Happy to show serious buyers around the barn, please call to arrange viewing.
