50x35 Gambrel Barn Ontario, Canada

by Brett
(Ontario, Canada)

We have a 50x35 Gambrel barn for sale in central Ontario, Canada. This sawn post and beam Hemlock frame with scarf joints and wooden dowel joinery was built approximately 100 years ago in a Mennonite community by said builders. This barn has never stored hay, straw or animals and is in mint condition. The interior, complete with sawn rafters has been completely closed in and undamaged thereby never being exposed to rot, animals or infestation.
Due to development, this barn is being sold for only $20,000.00 as we need to move it quickly.

For that price, we will catalogue, photograph, tag and itemize each individual piece and load it onto your shipping trailer for quick and easy set up. This kit will make an excellent house, barn, cabin or even a wedding pavilion.
