These Backyard Shed Kits are made from 100% locally harvested Eastern White pine lumber. These aren't the outdoor storage sheds you are used to, they are Timber Framed all wood storage sheds.
For about the same price as those cheap, slap it together big box store sheds, you can have an outdoor storage shed that is the envy of your neighborhood. We use full dimension rough cut timbers in our wood shed kits, just like we do with our barn kits.
Our Shed Kits include: the posts, beams, girts, purlins, 1x10 board and 1x3 batten siding, GRK screws to assemble the frame, and one 6x8 double swing door.
Our Shed Kits do not include: foundation, roof sheathing, roofing material, windows, or nails/screws for the siding.
Below you will find sizes and prices of our timber sheds. Delivery is $100 within 30 miles of Sears MI and $3 per mile after that.
Our Gable shed kits are priced at $20 per square foot.
For example, a 10x16 Gable shed kit would be 160 square feet....
10x16=160 X $20 per square foot = $3,200.
Our Gambrel shed kits are priced at $22 per square foot.
For example, a 10x16 Gambrel shed kit would be 160 square feet....
10x16=160 X $22 per square foot = $3,520
Feel free to call us with any questions you have and to order your new Barn Geek Timber Shed Kit.
***Please note: Our full barn kits are only available within a limited shipping area. We are sorry if you are out of that shipping area, we are working on solutions for you that would include, hardware packages, templates for cutting your own timbers, lists of local timber suppliers, lists of local contractors, etc. Sign up for our newsletter to keep up to date on the progress of these resources.
