Barn for Weddings

by Torre

We are looking to build a barn as a wedding venue. What type of barn would you suggest? Also what would the estimated cost be for materials?

We aren't sure if a post and beam or a pole barn would be best and have been unable to find plans for a barn large enough.

We are guessing we would need around 3,000 square feet of floor space.

Answer: You can download our price list by joining our mailing list on any page of www.barngeek.com upper right side of the page.

If you want to use local timbers you can purchase a hardware and plans package instead of a full kit for a fraction of the price.

Building a barn for weddings is a smart move right now. Barn weddings are rising in popularity.

I even have customers who buy a barn to have a wedding in then when the wedding is over they have the barn. And can revisit the memories of the wedding anytime they want.
