Below you will find our pricing structure for our Post and Beam Barn kits.
Our Gable barn kits are priced at $27 per square foot, for a standard kit, up to 12 foot high sidewall, and 10 foot first floor clearance. For additional height add 5% for 2 feet additional height.
For example, a 20x30 Gable kit would be 600 square feet....
20x30=600 X $27 per square foot = $16,200.
Lets say you want to have a 14 foot sidewall and a 12 foot first floor clearance, you would add 5% to the $16,200 price above, for a total of $17,010.
16,200 x 1.05 (5%) = $17,010.
Our Gambrel barn kits are priced at $28 per square foot, for a standard kit, up to 12 foot high sidewall, and 10 foot first floor clearance. For additional height add 5% for 2 feet additional height.
For example, a 20x30 Gambrel Barn kit would be 600 square feet....
20x30=600 X $28 per square foot = $16,800.
Lets say you want to have a 14 foot sidewall and a 12 foot first floor clearance, you would add 5% to the $16,800 price above, for a total of $17,640.
16,200 x 1.05 (5%) = $17,640.
Our add a lean-to kits are priced at $16 per square foot, for a standard kit, up to 10 foot high sidewall, and 9 foot first floor clearance. For additional height add 5% for 2 feet additional height.
