This is one of Warren County's oldest barns here in SW Ohio. Thought to be built around 1814. This is the original barn on the 192 acre tract in northern Turtle creek township. The main portion of the barn is 30'x60' and has northern, southern, and western leans. It sits on fieldstone foundations and a few of the posts are deteriorating and I want someone to get this barn and do something with it before weather renders it ruined. It has a swing beam that spans from the east to the west and is 28' long. That in addition to the standing 12"x12"x24' tall posts account for the 30' width. It's not perfect but it still has a lot of good solid wood in it. It has a standing seam metal roof. I am flexible with the dismantling time frame both in start time and duration. Please call me at 513-315-8956 with any questions.
