The barn was built in the early 1900’s around the same time as the 1928 farm house that resides on this beautiful property. The barn is 40X60 with plank siding. It has approximately 5,000 to 6,000 oak siding. The beams are 6X6 rough sawn and made from pine. The roof is tin. It has a floored oak hay loft. There is a hay fork in the top with a wooden beam running the length of the barn. There are several wooden animal stalls built in the lower part of the barn. The barn needs to be removed from the property by a purchaser(s) that has general liability insurance.
