Weathered bank style barn, approx 30'w x 55'L for salvage and sale in Hellertown, PA. 100+ year old barn has fieldstone foundation with stables and hand support hewn beams. The upper section has hay lofts with wide plank thrashing and siding from 10"w to 20"w mostly from old growth pine but beams are likely a mix of species like oak. Beams range from 8"-10" w to 12"-15"w approx. The siding is weathered red paint and roof is metal. There are 2 x tractor bays I think were added at a later time with a stone foundation. Part of the rear and sides of barn had planks removed recently.

Interested in the best offer for removing and salvaging lumber with some payment toward salvaged materials.
