Part owner of over century old mill
by: Dr Chester Kirchman

Outside of Bloomsburg, PA,in Orange Township, my siblings and I have the 19th century Green Creek Mill or Bowman Mill. It was never flooded, until twice this century. With part of one side's roof dropping in, we wondered if someone might be interested in tearing it down for the old lumber materials in it. No need to take old tires and the added section, concrete flooring for pigs, which were never there. Can be reached at [email protected] or 321 S Broad Street, Myerstown, PA 17067

Pole barn
by: Anonymous

I have a pole barn (roughly 25' wide by 50' long) that just doesn't look hood. The wood on the exterior is all 20" x 1 1/4" and 12" x 11/4" heart pine? I am building a new steel structure behind it that will look much better, if I remove the boards and clean the nails out, how much is the wood worth?
