Want to sell old Mortise and tenon beam barn, Butler MO

We're looking to sell our old mortise and tenon beam construction barn to a reputable salvage company. We're told that the barn is somewhere between 75 and 100 years old, and it's rumored that it was built by the amish in the area but the truth of that claim is uncertain. What we do know is that the 8x8 beams it is constructed from have all been secured with wooden pegs, and that the main structure of the barn is approx. 33'x40'. It has a lean-to constructed on each side, the which appear to have been added later and are of pole construction. The barn is currently roofed with corrugated steel and the siding is all 1x10 planking. The beams appear to be rough sawed.
We'd like to contract for the barn removal with a reputable company that is insured and that is willing to negotiate a price for the entire job, which might include the possibility of bartering for floor work with wood from the barn or with similar wood. If you have questions or would like to know more, please contact Andrew Swift on Facebook or leave me an email at [email protected]
